The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will provide the overall day-to-day customer service and support to the Account Directors and our clients.  They will ensure the effective execution of customer marketing and advertising campaigns, which includes booking digital/print orders and tracking campaigns/creative.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction with all print and digital campaigns
  • Order entry of all advertising campaigns – print & digital
  • Direct contact daily with clients to fulfill advertising needs
  • Maintain client relationships by assisting with any credit issues, daily deadlines, creative requests and other general inquiries
  • Assist account team on internal trafficking of projects/campaigns
  • Administrative support to Account Director team

This Account Director position, is a face-to-face media sales role, with a primary GTA territory.  The chosen candidate will focus on prospecting, and new business development with local automotive dealerships.

  • Identify key prospects to develop and drive new business within the automotive category
  • Evaluate client needs, create, present, and close integrated media campaigns
  • A good understanding of the automotive industry is an asset
  • Exceed call volume and sales targets, as well as personal goals
  • The ability to work within a CRM environment

  • Work through assigned prospect lead lists
